This was a picture that I had my Fiance (Fuzzycoma) draw for me and then I painted it using oils.
I basically asked her to draw me some carousel horses, and she, as she often does, went the extra mile and created a whole story in one image. I'm very happy with how this turned out and am certain that this won't be the last joint piece between us. Also, she is currently taking commissions and it would be a great help for her to get some business. ([link]) |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces.  reports, 1d 21h agoThis newsletter was "born" back in March 2007, from a conversation between ~Lareth and =FrozenStarRo, who with the help of their friends *Iardacil and *Sylwiaa , wanted to make something to promote known and unknown photomanipulators alike here on DeviantArt. As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same. |
